Personal Data Protection
When processing the personal data, we proceed in compliance with the legal order of the Czech Republic and directly applicable regulations of the European Union, especially Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data as amended by subsequent acts, Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on the Certain Information Society Services and on the Amendment to Certain Related Acts, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in the wording of subsequent amendments and regulations.

Who is your data Controller?
You give your consent to company CubeInCube, s.r.o., IČO: 05875013 (Company Registration Number), Address: Zelenýpruh 95/97, 140 00 Praha 4, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 272261, so that it can process your personal data as a collector in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the GDPR Regulation as stipulated below.

When the consent to personal data processing is not required?

For what purposes and how long do we manage your data?
The data can be used for commercial and marketing purposes, i.e. to maintain the website database of users and to offer goods and services within the duration of a valid legal ground for the processing and use of the personal and other data. Form completion or demand – Personal data contained in the form are processed only in order to reply or handle your query or demand. Your personal data will not be further processed or shared.
The identification and address data can be used in accordance with the so-called legitimate interest for the creation of internal statistics. Anonymized statistical outputs are used for improving our services, including the analysis of user behaviour and marketing.
Personal data obtained through cookie files are processed in accordance with your consent (which you can give by a confirmation on the web interface after you have been made aware and offered the possibility to get acquainted with these Principles). We are authorized to process the personal data obtained through cookie files also in case you continue to use the web interface and even after you have been made aware of the personal data processing principles. Personal data obtained gathered through cookie files are used to offer user support and improve our services, including the analysis of user behaviour and marketing.
All personal data provided for the above purposes are provided on a completely voluntary basis and the act of giving your consent is performed through active interaction (ticking a box), thus giving a consent for data processing or it is performed on the basis of a legitimate interest. How is my data protected?
We invest maximum effort in securing all personal data that we process, thus preventing loss of confidentiality or theft. Therefore, we restrict the manipulation, copying, movement or access to data only for strictly necessary purposes, for which you have given your consent, or where the purpose is stipulated by law. Furthermore, our website uses the HTTPS protocol (with a valid SSL certificate) to enable encrypted connection between the website and user, thus minimizing the likelihood of data theft during data transmission (registration, logging in, form sending, etc.). The website is hosted on secure servers of the WEDOS company.
Who has access to my personal data?
Personal data processing is performed by the Controller in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, however personal data can be also processed for the Controller by the following processors:

If need be, we can also entrust other personal data processors or persons (for example carriers or other persons performing the contract or our obligations), only to the extent which is necessary for performing the contract. We do not transfer personal data to any third party. Personal as well as other obtained data are properly secured to prevent their abuse. Personal data will be processed electronically by automated means or in a printed form by non-automated means. Your personal data will not be transferred to the third countries outside the European Union.

In accordance with the provisions of § 89 of the Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications we hereby inform you that our website uses so-called cookies for its operation.
